(gets the nickname Bugsy because he apparently acts and looks like some creepy bug with emotionless glassy eyes )

║▌Descriptions

Appearance:
Cai has straight dark brown short hair that goes to his chin. Both his bangs and the ends of his hair are straight across. He wears an over sized coat that goes past the tips of his fingers and white tights that stops before his knees. His eyes are a dullish golden color, as are his finger and toe nails. He also has a tattoo of a black dragon that wraps itself around his rihgt arm with the head coming to rest on the left side of his shoulder/chest.

Job:
Cai is an unregistered informant. He buys, trades, and sell information as a living. The information he collects could range from what someone ate for breakfast that morning to if someone was cheating on another. While he doesn't discriminate against information and collects it all, there are some pieces that are worth more than others.

Personality:
Cai thrives on knowledge and is very greedy when it comes to information. He believes that true power comes from knowing everything. He is brilliant and clear headed, calmly thinking through everything before speaking. Whenever he does something he focuses all his attention on that one thing and doesn't half ass it. Cai will break the rules and sometimes even lie to get what he wants, which is him being a big fat hypocrite. He absolutely hates liars but seems to find it alright when he does it. Cai never does anything out of the kindness of his heart, he always expects something in return. He commonly feigns innocents to keep people off his back. He believes that if he's underestimated there wont be any trouble for him, which is why he also tries to keep his age a secret. He is very antisocial, only talk to others when he's doing his job or, on a very rare occasion, when someone is intelligent enough to hold a mature conversation with him. People usually don't like talking to him because he is very blunt and witty, never bothering try to sugar coat anything. Cai also is extremely impatient and will get ticked off if someone keeps him waiting.

History:
Cai died at the young age of 19 and has been around for 68 years. In those 68 years he did information dealing. He would buy, sell, and trade information. After years and years of operating like this he's picked up plenty of useful information.
