Legend/Rumor: Aka Manto is a youkai that targets humans that are sitting on a toilet. He'll ask the victim 'Red paper or blue paper?' If the person says red paper, Aka Manto will cut them up until their blood stains their clothing red. If they say Blue, he will strangle them until their face turns blue. If they try to outsmart him by saying yellow, Aka Manto will shove their smartass face into the toilet they just used.

Personality:
Akagi is all about having complete control. He likes having others in the palm of his hand doing everything and anything he says. He detests others that try to weasel their way out of, what he things is, inevitable. Once he sets his eyes on someone, they will be his to manipulate. Akagi is also very sadistic and likes to play games with others. His favorite is making people choose someone without knowing the consequences. He believes that knowledge is power, so telling the person anything about the game would be, in a sense, relinquishing some of his control over the situation. His games usually end in some sort of blood shed- that of the other party. He takes pleasure in knowing that he has a person life in the palm of his hand and he can end it whenever he pleases. Akagi can also act very childishly when it comes to playing games and will throw a fit if he loses. 

History:
Akagi was born to a lovely couple of common youkai. He was an only child, which never really bothered him. As he grew up he liked to play with the other humans that would stumble into his family's part of the forest, albeit a rare occurrence. He started out with just taunting them from afar, like throwing stick and stones at them when they passed by. Eventually he started to get closer to them and would trip them or pull at their hair. There were a few times where he would show himself to the human and would attack them ruthlessly. But, since the amount of humans that visited that part of the woods was small to begin with, Akagai became bored whenever there wasn't enough people around to play with. After exploring more of the woods he noticed that there was a school nearby filled with humans to torment. He took to the bathroom since it was never crowded but always had someone in it. He'd catch a person there and ask them if they wanted red paper or blue paper. After a long time of going from school to school, he began to feel curious about school and enrolled in Kaidan Academy.

• Being able to wear a person down
• Physically strong, can hold down a 200lbs man and strangle him to death if needed //which it never is but he does it anyways

Weakness:

• Poor sport
• Gets anxious when he feels like hes at a disadvantage 
• Will fidgit, bit his lips until they bleed, and scratch his hands until they're raw
• Doesn't play well with others, so he never has someone who he can wholeheartedly rely on
